Gail Mumford has been a lawyer in Collingwood since her call to the bar in 1989. She is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada and the Simcoe County Law Association. She graduated from Queen’s University in 1984 and from University of Victoria law school in 1987.

Gail was born in England, arrived in Canada in 1963 and became a citizen in 1972. She speaks English, French and conversational German. Gail and Cynthia Neathery worked together as Neathery & Mumford Associates from 1991 to 2012, when Cynthia became a staff lawyer with Legal Aid Ontario.
